Do you charge for an estimate?
No. Estimates are always free and there is no obligation to book. We come look, talk it through, and send you an honest written price.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes. Greenline is fully licensed and insured in Rhode Island. We are happy to send proof of insurance before we start.
What towns do you serve?
We are based in Warwick and cover Kent County, including Cranston, Coventry, and West Warwick. If you are nearby and not sure, just ask.
Do I have to sign a contract for weekly mowing?
No long-term contract. Weekly lawn care runs through the season and you can stop anytime. We earn the next visit by doing this one right.
Will I get the same crew each week?
Yes. You get the same crew on the same day, so they learn your property and nothing gets missed.
How soon can you start?
For weekly mowing, usually within a week. For design and planting work, it depends on the season and the size of the job, and we will give you a real timeline in the quote.
Do you clean up when you are done?
Every time. We blow off walks and drives, bag or haul debris as agreed, and leave the site cleaner than we found it.
What about my sprinklers or pets?
Tell us where the sprinkler heads are and we work around them. For pets, let us know your gates and we keep them closed so nobody gets out.
